My order arrived with the wrong items.
December 16, 2022 12:51 AMThat is very uncool of us, so sorry! We want to make sure you get exactly what you ordered, but sometimes things get a bit messed up.
Fill out this form so we can understand what went wrong and make sure to include a photo of what you received. We’ll take a look and make sure you get what you ordered. If something is wrong with the chocolate or wrapper, please add the expiration date listed on the back of the bar.

Return and Exchange Policy

Since our products are perishable items we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong items or your order is damaged or lost, please reach out.
If you purchased a Deez Nutz t-shirt, hoodie, or trucker hat and would like to exchange it within 30 days, please visit this portal to get started.
Please note we cannot provide replacements for orders placed more than 60 days ago.

When you purchase the Ultimate Beast Bar bundle, the Everything Bundle, or more than 3 items you will receive this shirt. The t-shirt will be automatically added to your cart, where you can choose your size.
These t-shirts are a free gift to you, are not eligible for returns or exchanges and the design is subject to change. If it doesn’t fit, give it to your buddy!
